Associate Marketing Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; hybrid work with a required minimum number of onsite days per week

Salary: $68,000–$93,500 annually

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for therapeutic support systems.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors, and trends in hospital furniture and patient mobility solutions.
• Create product brochures, educational content, digital assets, and sales enablement materials.
• Assist with product lifecycle management, including launch planning, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life strategies.
• Monitor digital and social media channels, maintain marketing databases, and support CRM activities.
• Track campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, and coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows with sales, clinical, and product management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CMS, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in campaign development, market research, or digital marketing.
• Marketing experience in healthcare, medical devices, or capital equipment.
