What you will do

• Own, evolve, and scale the AWS multi-account cloud architecture for availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
• Design and manage enterprise networking topologies including VPCs, Transit Gateways, Direct Connect, VPNs, routing policies, and secure segmentation.
• Standardize and automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing across cloud environments with OpenTelemetry and AWS CloudWatch in collaboration with SRE.
• Enable product engineering teams through self-service infrastructure templates, launch reviews, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience, including at least 4 years focused on cloud architecture and infrastructure engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS or equivalent cloud networking services and on-premises connectivity.
• Extensive Infrastructure as Code experience and knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration with Amazon ECS and Amazon EKS.
• Experience designing secure cloud environments using least-privilege and Zero Trust principles.
• Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or Bash; AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification or equivalent enterprise experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• AWS Advanced Networking – Specialty or Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification.
• FinOps experience, including cost-management frameworks, savings plans, reserved instances, and resource tagging.
• Experience contributing to software engineering deliverables across multiple layers of the stack.
