What you will do

• Communicate loan status, respond to borrower inquiries, and provide clear updates by phone and email.
• Assess borrowers’ homebuying needs and analyze financial information to determine pre-approval and loan feasibility.
• Interview borrowers and obtain or verify required information and documentation.
• Coordinate internal loan team efforts, resolve application issues, and support timely processing.
• Educate borrowers on the loan process and available product or service alternatives.
• Manage social media presence and analyze performance numbers to improve efficiency and meet company goals.

Requirements

• Passion for helping Veterans and military families.
• Strong relationship-building, written communication, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivation, initiative, competitive drive, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to learn company and industry guidelines and processes quickly and thoroughly.
• No specific degree or prior experience is required; backgrounds in sales, hospitality, education, sports, or public service may be relevant.
