Finance Manager, E-Commerce (AI)

Location: United States; remote-first role

Salary: $128,413–$171,229 annually plus target bonus and competitive equity

What you will do

• Own financial visibility, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for the hirify.global Shop from topline revenue through gross margin.
• Lead monthly financial business reviews covering sales, margins, trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Analyze pricing, promotions, Co-Op, DDA, and rebate programs, including ROI, accruals, and financial impact.
• Deliver SKU- and department-level reporting, dynamic dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-ready explanations of variances.
• Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Accounting, Data, and Engineering to ensure metric integrity and improve financial processes.
• Contribute to board presentations, annual planning, the five-year plan, and AI-enabled improvements to ecommerce FP&A workflows.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience, ideally in FP&A at a high-growth consumer technology or ecommerce company; 1–2 years at Manager level preferred.
• Deep ecommerce finance expertise, including AOV, gross-to-net, unit economics, gross margin, and contribution margin.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with Excel or Google Sheets, scenario analysis, and large datasets.
• Experience owning pricing and promotional decisions, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and full P&L visibility.
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot in finance workflows, plus experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Oracle Hyperion, or similar systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; strong executive and board-level communication skills.
