M&A Attorney

Location: Remote USA

Hourly rate: $140–$400 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze and annotate complex M&A and corporate law scenarios.
• Conduct legal research on M&A, private equity, and related corporate matters.
• Review transaction structures, deal documentation, and legal reasoning for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate and refine legal datasets used for AI training and assessment.
• Provide written feedback and identify missing considerations, inaccuracies, and weaknesses in legal analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to quality-review, calibration, and legal evaluation standards.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school.
• Active US bar admission in good standing.
• Experience practicing M&A at an Am Law 100 or comparable leading US law firm.
• Strong experience with M&A transactions, private equity matters, and complex corporate transaction documents.
• Strong legal research, analytical, written, and spoken English skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law is required.
