What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and maintain accurate, current information.
• Draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Assess legal texts for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary contributors to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
• Identify errors, ambiguities, and inconsistencies through legal content quality assurance.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
• Experience at a top-tier US law firm or comparable top law firm.
• Proven legal analysis, research, and drafting experience across varied legal subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including legal content review.
• Experience with remote collaboration and multidisciplinary projects.
• High standards of precision, accuracy, and legal best practices.
