Merchandise Planner - Hosiery/Seasonal/Slippers

Location: Headquarters - Katy, Texas, United States; regular in-office attendance is required

What you will do

• Build class, subclass, and item-level financial and assortment plans for hosiery, seasonal products, and slippers.
• Support sales, profit, and inventory goals through assortment analysis and inventory-flow planning.
• Maintain financial plans, manage open-to-buy, monitor trends, and identify business best practices.
• Evaluate actions and timelines to keep internal and external stakeholders aligned with key deadlines.
• Generate insights with planning systems and reporting tools to support buying decisions and vendor discussions.
• Collaborate with buyers, planning managers, replenishment teams, vendors, and other cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of retail mathematics and its application to planning and analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Oracle, SAS, or similar planning and analysis tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and travel domestically up to 5%.
