Sr. Lead Talent and Learning Management Platform IT Analyst

Location: Milpitas, California, United States; onsite at the Milpitas office

Salary: $142,080–$235,359 per year

What you will do

• Support the Avature Applicant Tracking and Onboarding platform from the IT side.
• Configure recruiting, onboarding, workflows, forms, templates, and business processes.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and business leaders to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Support enhancements, testing, production issues, releases, and system updates.
• Work with the Workday technical team on integrations, master data, new-hire data, and onboarding flows.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams while improving candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experiences.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience with Workday HCM or Workday integrations.
• Knowledge of recruiting, applicant tracking, onboarding, HR technology integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with system configuration, workflows, forms, templates, testing, production support, and releases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure system solutions and troubleshoot integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and request-management skills.

• Exposure to learning management platforms.
• Experience with new-hire, onboarding, and employee master-data integrations.
• Experience in a global HR technology environment.
• Knowledge of HR data security and access management, plus experience with vendors and implementation partners.
