Sr. HCM Integrations Analyst (Workday)

What you will do

• Build, develop, test, maintain, and support inbound, outbound, and middleware Workday integrations.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot production failures and performance issues, and resolve data and integration risks.
• Partner with HR, security, data, enterprise technology, business teams, vendors, and offshore technology teams.
• Lead unit testing and coordinate user acceptance testing for integrations.
• Support Workday releases, regression testing, deployment, environment management, and rollback procedures.
• Document integration designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures while ensuring security, privacy, and compliance.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday APIs, SOAP/REST services, or middleware tools.
• Experience with OX migration, integration monitoring, and Workday implementations or post-production environments.
• Hands-on experience with XML and XSLT, plus Workday security and integration best practices.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules such as Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, or Compensation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
