Service Planning Specialist

Location: Warminster Township, Pennsylvania; must be physically located in the United States while performing the job

Salary: $31,819–$60,138 per year

What you will do

• Create approximately 70 daily and weekly route plans using work order data and route analysis software.
• Analyze route plans, resource availability, territory structure, customer demand, and route capacity.
• Communicate assigned-territory routes to service personnel.
• Review route plans and metrics daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Prepare and deliver daily summary reports.
• Maintain geographic codes, addresses, and customer information.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and service-industry experience.
• 1–2 years of related experience as a dispatcher and/or customer service agent.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, attention-to-detail, and quantitative analytical skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple repetitive tasks and work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent spoken, written, and read English and physical location in the United States are required.
