What you will do

• Advise stakeholders on legal issues and concepts.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations for high-value MSAs and other commercial agreements with major banks and financial institutions.
• Own negotiations with data and content providers, including data-licensing and partnership agreements.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Security, and Operations to structure business-aligned agreements and provide actionable legal guidance.
• Implement and manage commercial contracting infrastructure, including legal tech tools, negotiation templates, playbooks, and approval workflows.
• Partner with the Head of Legal on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• JD from a top law school and 3–6 years of legal experience.
• Experience in technology transactions, IP, emerging companies, or in-house legal work at a high-growth SaaS, data, or AI company.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and close commercial agreements.
• Strong working knowledge of IP licensing, privacy, data-use rights, and AI.
• Experience implementing and managing legal tech tools, with sound commercial judgment in a fast-moving startup environment.
