What you will do
- Develop and execute the Nplate patient marketing strategy, including consumer initiatives, patient research, branded education materials, and omnichannel execution.
- Lead patient advocacy initiatives focused on disease awareness, patient education, community engagement, and patient-focused programs.
- Drive patient journey and point-of-care initiatives that improve customer experience, reduce treatment barriers, and optimize educational resources.
- Develop commercial strategies for healthcare providers, pharmacists, integrated delivery networks, and other priority stakeholders.
- Coordinate brand planning, hematology congress activities, cross-functional execution, agency partners, and promotional compliance reviews.
- Manage the Nplate marketing budget and evaluate commercial experiments, customer insights, and scalable marketing improvements.
Requirements
- Masterβs degree plus 2 years of marketing, commercial, consulting, or pharmaceutical industry experience; or bachelorβs degree plus 4 years; or associateβs degree plus 8 years; or high school diploma/GED plus 10 years.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial marketing, preferably with HCP and patient marketing.
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong project management, budget management, analytical, written, verbal communication, and executive presence skills.
- Experience partnering with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Commercial Data & Analytics, Patient Services, and advocacy organizations.
- Familiarity with promotional review processes and systems such as MAC and Veeva PromoMats.
Nice to have
- Experience with hematology, oncology, rare disease, or specialty care brands.
- Enthusiasm for applying AI, automation, and emerging digital capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
