Director - Cost Management (Advanced Manufacturing)

Location: Remote or hybrid within the United States. Local employees are expected to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely; non-local employees work fully remotely with frequent travel to regional offices or project sites.

Salary: $225,000–$250,000 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Grow the Advanced Manufacturing and Semiconductor division and lead a team through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage key accounts with major corporations and significant capital expenditure programs.
• Achieve revenue targets, manage team costs, and meet gross margin requirements.
• Report account performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, and key metrics to senior management.
• Develop regional strategy, support marketing and talent acquisition initiatives, promote innovation, and uphold health, safety, confidentiality, and DE&I standards.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in construction or project management with increasing leadership and people-management responsibility.
• Degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction discipline.
• Experience in Advanced Manufacturing, Semiconductors, large-scale industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Cost, scheduling, and project controls experience supporting US projects.
• PMP and LEED AP qualifications, or active progress toward completing them.
• Availability for a US-based remote or hybrid arrangement, including frequent travel to regional offices or project sites as needed.
