Senior Lead Data Scientist (Graph & Forecasting)

Location: Remote – U.S.A.

Salary: $120,000–$155,000 per year, plus a potential discretionary incentive program and benefits.

What you will do

• Architect and optimize graph-based data models for audience intelligence, project similarity, clustering, relationship-driven analytics, and downstream AI applications.
• Develop identity resolution frameworks across multiple respondent identifier systems using deterministic and probabilistic matching.
• Build forecasting and predictive models for supply, incidence, completion probability, panel health, and other operational use cases.
• Extend forecasting methods for scenario analysis, optimization, and decision support while monitoring model performance.
• Design validation, experimentation, monitoring, and governance practices for accurate, stable, scalable, production-ready models.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data platform teams on schemas, feature engineering, data contracts, priorities, and analytical recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, analytics, or a related field.
• Production experience developing and deploying graph analytics, machine learning, or predictive modeling solutions.
• Deep knowledge of graph databases, graph algorithms, similarity modeling, clustering, and network analysis.
• Experience with Neptune, Neo4j, TigerGraph, or comparable graph platforms.
• Strong background in forecasting, time-series analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Advanced Python skills and experience with large-scale operational datasets and modern data science tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity or entity resolution, master data management, or identity graph development.
• Knowledge of community detection, relationship discovery, recommendations, graph embeddings, and similarity modeling.
• Experience with anomaly detection, change-point detection, cohort evolution, longitudinal measurement, or demand planning.
• Background in market research, panel data, audience measurement, advertising technology, or marketplaces.
• Experience with AWS, optimization, simulation, or decision-support systems.
