What you will do

• Design and implement rigorous analyses using experimental design, causal inference, and machine learning models.
• Build, validate, and refine predictive models to answer critical workforce questions using large HR and business datasets.
• Handle end-to-end ownership from data foundations and feature engineering to model evaluation and insight delivery.
• Partner with senior People, Finance, and business leaders to drive executive decision-making through data.
• Apply AI every day to improve efficiency and solve complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience applying rigorous analytical methods (experimental design, predictive modeling) to business or people decisions.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R for building and iterating on statistical or ML models.
• Proven experience delivering high-impact analytical outputs in parallel for senior non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
