People Analytics Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $136,400–$225,000 annually in Colorado; $136,400–$248,600 annually in Washington; $136,400–$272,500 annually in California; $165,100–$272,500 annually in NYC. Eligible for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Design and implement advanced analytics using experimental design, causal inference, and machine learning.
• Work with large, complex HR and business datasets to develop predictive and explanatory models.
• Prepare data, engineer features, evaluate models, and translate results into actionable insights.
• Partner with People, Finance, and business stakeholders to refine hypotheses and support data-driven decisions.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to senior, non-technical leaders and influence executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years applying rigorous analytical methods, including experimental design, quasi-experimental approaches, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience building and validating statistical or machine learning models.
• Experience delivering advanced analytics projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Experience managing multiple high-impact analytical outputs while balancing speed, accuracy, and stakeholder needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, economics, data science, computer science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
