Program Specialist (Professional Education)

Location: hirify.global Alternate Site, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Salary: CAD 5,692.25–8,179.50 monthly

hirify.global Sauder Professional Growth provides open-enrollment and custom professional development programs for a global clientele through in-person and virtual delivery.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of open-enrollment and custom programs, including scheduling, onboarding, logistics, classroom or venue coordination, and learner engagement.
• Support learners, faculty, instructors, clients, and program coordinators before, during, and after program delivery.
• Oversee LMS setup, course materials, technical readiness, virtual delivery support, course data, and student records.
• Coordinate instructor recruitment, onboarding, training, teaching schedules, classroom requirements, and instructional alignment.
• Lead operational meetings, improve processes and systems, organize orientations and events, and evaluate learner feedback.
• Contribute to communications, promotional materials, information sessions, outreach, enrollment support, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, with one to two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in program coordination, learner services, educational delivery, or professional education.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion and respect for diverse perspectives.
• Ability to analyze feedback and improve operational processes and outcomes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Canvas, CRMs, and virtual delivery platforms such as Zoom.
