Senior IT Project Manager (Business Systems)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT business systems initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate execution across business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and implementation partners.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, budgets, and dependencies, escalating and mitigating problems proactively.
• Align business objectives with technical solutions and provide concise status reporting to executives.
• Coordinate change management, testing, go-live readiness, and continuous improvements to delivery processes and tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience focused on IT business systems.
• Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, including ERP, billing, payments, CRM, and integrations.
• Experience managing external vendors and system implementation partners.
• Demonstrated experience integrating acquired companies into core business systems after M&A activity.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
