Supervisor, Fund Accounting

What you will do

• Assist in managing a team responsible for NAV production, financial statements, and related client reports.
• Review the accuracy of client deliverables and ensure service-level agreement deadlines are met.
• Coordinate resources, cross-training, and coverage to maintain effective delivery.
• Manage the audit process and prepare or review financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with SOC 1 operational controls and completion of required checklists.
• Oversee timely billing and collection, and participate in system and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or a university degree in finance or accounting.
• Completion of a professional accounting designation such as CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA, ICAEW, CFA, or equivalent.
• At least four years of experience in the fund administration industry.
• Experience managing people, including accountants, investment managers, or fund auditors.
