What you will do
- Manage accounting and reporting activities across a diverse portfolio of fund structures and investment vehicles.
- Coordinate financial statements, management accounts, and fund reporting deliverables according to agreed timelines.
- Apply IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, and other relevant accounting frameworks to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.
- Support the launch of new funds and entities by establishing accounting and reporting processes.
- Calculate and review Net Asset Values in line with fund documentation and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with administrators, clients, auditors, and professional advisers while contributing to process improvements.
Requirements
- ACCA or ACA qualification, or significant relevant accounting or financial services experience.
- Strong experience in accounting and fund reporting, ideally in private equity, real estate, corporate structures, or the wider funds industry.
- Technical knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, or other relevant accounting frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong systems proficiency.
