Electrical and Instrument Technician (Roving Team)

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA; travel within a 45-minute radius of the assigned hub is required.

Base pay: $73,807–$101,445 per year, plus a 15% premium applied to base compensation.

What you will do

• Provide advanced electrical and instrumentation support across East Region hub sites.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair switchgear from 120V to 13.8kV, MCCs, motors, and turbine generators.
• Calibrate and maintain flow, pressure, temperature, and level instrumentation while supporting CEMS reliability and compliance.
• Troubleshoot DCS and related control systems to support reliable plant operations and data integrity.
• Perform predictive maintenance, respond to critical outages, and support root cause analysis and reliability improvements.
• Maintain CMMS/ALM records, apply multi-craft skills, and use Lean principles to reduce waste and rework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a TTF or heavy industrial power plant environment.
• Strong experience with electrical and instrumentation systems, high-voltage equipment, and controls.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or apprenticeship experience is preferred.
• Experience with CMMS/ALM systems and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to travel within a 45-minute radius of the assigned hub.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across multiple site environments.
