Location: Remote in Europe, with a preference for candidates near London, Amsterdam, Paris, or Munich; travel at least once a month is expected.

What you will do

• Lead, scale, hire, and mentor a high-performing AI/ML professional services team.
• Build executive relationships with EMEA customers and partners, advising on complex AI transformations.
• Scope, guide, sell, and deliver strategic technical engagements across enterprise accounts.
• Align Field Engineering, Sales, Product, R&D, and GTM teams around account strategies and delivery priorities.
• Develop scalable AI services practices, engagement models, standardized processes, and reusable solutions.
• Own account OKRs, revenue, utilization, and public customer references while representing the organization as an AI/ML thought leader.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing, hiring, and developing data scientists, ML engineers, and leaders.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, GenAI, and data science, with experience building production ML solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience leading complex enterprise engagements, including scoping, technical guidance, escalations, and delivery.
• Proven ability to develop strategy with senior executive stakeholders and align technical vision with program goals.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with Sales, Product, and GTM teams.
• Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, operations research, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
