Project Manager - Product Operations (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid position based at the Arlington or Herndon, Virginia offices; 10–20% travel required.

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 USD annualized

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Authority to Operate processes for deployment on Department of Defense and Intelligence Community systems.
• Manage NIAP Common Criteria, CSfC, FIPS 140-3, certification, accreditation, risk assessment, and continuous compliance activities.
• Coordinate requirements and reciprocity efforts with technical leads, product managers, and government customers.
• Steward DevSecOps practices and create artifacts supporting a secure software development lifecycle.
• Build R&D-to-manufacturing processes, hand-off procedures, work instructions, and stage-gate criteria for hardware products.
• Maintain BOMs in Arena, vendor data in Ariba, milestone reporting, and audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in defense contracting or high-assurance hardware/software environments.
• Experience certifying software and hardware systems on both Department of Defense and Intelligence Community networks.
• Experience certifying commercial and government-owned technologies.
• Experience with hardware certifications and cybersecurity validation, including FIPS 140-3.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Interest in supporting US government national security missions across intelligence and defense communities.
