Group Head of Enterprise Applications & Integration

Location: Porto; candidates must be based in Portugal or Serbia. Visa-based relocation is not offered.

What you will do

• Lead the Enterprise Applications & Integration area across Business Application Management and Platforms & Integration.
• Provide strategic direction for the stable, secure, compliant, and cost-effective operation of business-critical applications.
• Build the Platforms & Integration domain, including its mandate, operating model, capabilities, governance, and organisational structure.
• Define and drive roadmaps for enterprise applications, integrations, software engineering, DevOps, automation, AI, and platform capabilities.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to translate priorities into technology investments and clear roadmaps.
• Coach Domain Leads, manage budgets and strategic vendors, and contribute to Group IT strategy and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in Enterprise IT, ideally across multiple teams or technology domains.
• Experience leading through other leaders, developing team leads, and establishing accountability.
• Experience building IT organisations and capabilities, including operating models, governance, roles, and ways of working.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Application Management, Application Lifecycle Management, ownership, security, vendor management, and operational accountability.
• Understanding of modern software engineering, APIs, integration, DevOps, automation, cloud and platform concepts, and AI.
• Based in Portugal or Serbia; visa-based relocation is not offered. Confident English communication and effective work in an international environment are required.
