What you will do

• Own and support product strategy for Thunderforge's ModSim and planning-tool integrations.
• Apply Joint Planning Process expertise and planner feedback to roadmap and prioritization decisions.
• Propose process and product improvements using workflow feedback and adoption metrics.
• Define and improve observability and telemetry with product teams.
• Represent the needs of PACOM, EUCOM, NORTHCOM, and other strategic partners.
• Troubleshoot and maintain ModSim and data-integration environments, including incident triage, diagnosis, postmortems, and status visibility.

Requirements

• Deep Joint Planning Process credibility and experience with military planner workflows.
• Strategic product judgment and ability to translate planner needs into product priorities.
• Hands-on fluency with ModSim and technical integrations.
• Ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
• Detail-oriented communication and execution with strategic partners.
