What you will do

• Chase outstanding invoices from customers of clients.
• Support or lead achievement of team service levels and key performance targets.
• Deliver customer-focused, compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective collections services.
• Apply finance processes, technologies, and methodologies to improve service delivery.
• Manage working relationships with stakeholders in supported business areas.
• Act independently when appropriate while working under supervision.

Requirements

• Junior to mid-junior experience in a finance support or professional role.
• Knowledge of collections processes and finance operations.
• Ability to support small and medium-sized finance activities.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and act on own initiative.
• Ability to work in the Guatemala City-based organization.
