What you will do

• Deliver accurate risk events to clients on time, including assessment of regulatory impact.
• Partner with clients to challenge risk events and causal themes and reduce recurrence.
• Respond to client enquiries and support first-line risk-related requests from the business.
• Produce monthly risk event management information.
• Identify process efficiencies and improvements in quality and timeliness.
• Support control environment improvements, risk-focused training, and action plans for events and audits.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within a regulated environment, both internally and externally.
• Analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, numeracy, and literacy.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and perform accurately under time constraints.
• Skilled in conducting meetings and presentations, with strong negotiation, objectivity, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Ability to understand complex regulations, guidelines, insurance products, and financial legislation.
