Risk Management Division Head (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support the Chief Risk Officer in designing, embedding, and continuously enhancing risk management functions.
• Lead enterprise-wide operational risk identification and assessment.
• Implement and oversee risk tools, including RCSA, Project Risk Assessment, Key Risk Indicators, incident management, and issue and action management.
• Lead business planning and develop short-, mid-, and long-term strategies for Risk Management and Risk Governance.
• Develop and regularly review the Risk Management Framework and operational risk management strategies.
• Review risk reports, validate regulatory and policy gap analyses, and escalate material risks and non-compliance issues to senior management and the Board.

Requirements

• Experience leading risk management functions, particularly enterprise-wide operational risk management.
• Ability to design and implement risk management frameworks, policies, guidelines, and strategies.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, governance, reporting, escalation, and regulatory compliance practices.
• Ability to collaborate with risk owners, senior management, and regulatory-facing stakeholders.
• Ability to work from NCR - WGC, Philippines.
