Associate Director, Clinical RPh

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $150,000–$206,300 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead an organization of approximately six associates focused on pharmacy clinical programs.
• Develop, execute, and optimize pharmacy clinical program trend strategies.
• Use managed care and pharmacy benefits management expertise to reduce pharmacy cost trend.
• Improve medication use, health outcomes, and member experience.
• Provide direction, make sound decisions, and build a culture of accountability, high performance, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or RPh credential from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure in the state of residence.
• Previous experience in pharmacy clinical program trend.
• Ability to provide direction and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions and protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist certification.
• MBA, pharmacoeconomics, or health outcomes training.
• Experience in health outcomes research.
• Direct leadership experience coaching, developing, and leading direct reports and matrixed functions.
• Five years of experience in pharmacy benefits management and an understanding of managed care.
