Clinical Analytics & Enablement Leader (Clinical Pharmacy)

What you will do

• Contribute clinical expertise to the design and evolution of the next-generation clinical analytics platform.
• Partner with financial, analytics, clinical, pharmacy consulting, and payer leadership teams to define a 360-degree view of analytics needs.
• Translate clinical concepts, emerging therapy trends, and utilization management principles into repeatable analytical frameworks and specifications.
• Standardize how clinical insights are derived, validated, interpreted, and communicated across consulting teams.
• Develop and deliver training to strengthen pharmacists’ clinical analytics capabilities and strategic use of insights.
• Partner with the National Clinical Pharmacy Strategy Leader to develop shared clinical frameworks, educational materials, and an enterprise-wide approach to clinical insight development.

Requirements

• Clinical expertise relevant to pharmacy analytics and consulting.
• Ability to design and evolve analytics platforms and translate clinical concepts into analytical specifications.
• Knowledge of specialty drugs, medical-pharmacy integration, utilization management, and outcome-oriented thinking.
• Ability to mentor pharmacists and promote analytical rigor and consistency.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.
