Resident Solution Architect (U.S. Public Sector)

Location: Hybrid; candidates must be based in Tampa, Florida or nearby and regularly engage with customers in the Tampa region.

What you will do

• Define technical strategies for U.S. Public Sector customer accounts with Customer Success and technical field leadership.
• Act as the primary technical liaison to customer leadership and translate complex technology concepts into business outcomes.
• Lead technical and functional meetings, customer implementations, and project deliverables.
• Build proof-of-concepts and demonstrations across cloud environments, data platforms, and customer technology ecosystems.
• Design and implement hirify.global integrations, configurations, and data access policies.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and contribute to internal knowledge bases and support.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance are required.
• 5+ years of experience as a technology consultant, preferably supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal Civilian customers.
• Experience delivering on-premises solutions in air-gapped networks and integrating IAM systems such as PingFederate.
• Experience in data engineering or data governance, with strong knowledge of Trino, Postgres/RDBMS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Knowledge of cloud data architecture, data analytics, programming, identity-based data access, and data catalog tools.
• Strong technical problem-solving, communication, solution design, and customer leadership skills.
