Branch Manager - 144th & Dodge Branch Omaha, NE (Retail Banking)

Location: Onsite at the 144th & Dodge Branch in Omaha, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $66,659–$113,319 per year base pay

What you will do

• Manage the overall operational success of the assigned branch and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Coach branch staff on financial guidance, needs-based selling, customer outreach, performance, and career development.
• Lead weekly partner huddles, team standups, branch meetings, scorecard reviews, and change-management activities.
• Oversee floor management, customer greetings, wait times, staffing allocation, and banker and teller duties as needed.
• Manage staffing efficiency, controllable expenses, sales performance, community development, and branch budgets.
• Maintain operational excellence, fraud controls, account-opening procedures, transaction processing, and compliance assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience in a retail sales environment.
• Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to meeting the financial needs of customers and the community.
• Ability to work onsite at the Omaha, Nebraska branch.
• SAFE Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required, along with applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, and background standards.
