New Business Case Manager

Location: Springfield, Massachusetts

Salary: $59,900–$75,500 per year

What you will do

• Review and process hirify.global annuity applications for MMFA and MMSD channels.
• Perform in-good-order reviews, identify required corrections, explain resolution steps, and document updates in the system.
• Create transfer packages and facilitate the movement of client assets from other companies to hirify.global.
• Manage the multi-step Reg 60 process, including document preparation, paperwork distribution, result analysis, and communication with financial professionals and staff.
• Apply funds and contract changes to the administrative platform while ensuring compliance with applicable SEC and variable annuity rules.
• Communicate with financial professionals, internal partners, and other teams to resolve application issues and support volume spikes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services and/or insurance operations.
• At least 1 year of experience reviewing and processing financial or insurance applications, forms, or transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of annuity experience.
• Experience or interest in business process improvement.
