HR and Recruiting Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across APAC, Japan, and MENA while managing multiple time zones.
• Guide candidates through the international recruiting process from initial contact through offer stage.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and support interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer coordination.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle updates, and HR data maintenance across international populations.
• Track compliance with local advisors and help operationalize global people policies while respecting local requirements.
• Improve recruiting and HR workflows, reporting, and scalable cross-regional people initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination and operations.
• Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and confidence handling confidential information.
• Comfort with ATS and HRIS platforms; Ashby experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
