HR and Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Cognition develops Devin, an AI software engineer, and is expanding its international people and recruiting operations globally.

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across APAC, Japan, and MENA while managing multiple time zones.
• Support candidates throughout the international recruiting process, including interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer coordination.
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate data in the ATS.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle updates, and employee data maintenance across international regions.
• Support compliance tracking and operationalize global people policies in partnership with local advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Improve global recruiting and HR workflows, reporting, and scalable cross-regional people initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination and operations.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfort working with ATS and HRIS platforms; Ashby experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional, discreet, and confident handling confidential information.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
