Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech Focus, 6 Months Contract, Remote)

Location: Remote within APAC time zones; listed locations include Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.

Contract: Full-time fixed-term contract for 6 months, with a possible but not guaranteed extension.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, interviews, hiring coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Partner with HR teams and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes.
• Support HR projects and initiatives while maintaining structured recruiting databases.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent through networking, universities, job fairs, and ongoing candidate engagement.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with a top-tier internet company or agency.
• Experience with modern sourcing and candidate-selection techniques.
• Experience with market mapping for global or Asian markets.
• Proven ability to deliver against aggressive hiring goals and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, consulting, and independent-working skills.
• Fluent English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Business or corporate talent acquisition experience in Web3 or cryptocurrency companies.
• Additional language skills.
• Positive attitude toward cryptocurrency.
