Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical and Product)

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and product positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Provide a consistent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to advise on talent acquisition priorities.
• Improve hiring processes and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting databases and HR assets in a structured and timely manner.
• Build long-term talent pipelines through networking, universities, job fairs, and ongoing candidate relationships.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in top-tier technology or Web3 companies.
• Proven success filling senior-level technical positions.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and genuine interest in the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Data-driven approach, recruitment metrics and analytics experience, strong organization, and attention to detail.
