What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles across Operations, Tech, Growth, and Creative functions.
• Set up and manage interview plans, assessment criteria, interview panels, technical assignments, and automations in Ashby.
• Develop sourcing strategies, build passive-candidate pipelines, and conduct talent mapping for niche and complex roles.
• Conduct competency-based candidate interviews, prepare recommendations, and assess technical expertise in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
• Advise Hiring Managers on recruitment strategy, process excellence, communication, documentation, and bias reduction.
• Track recruitment metrics, report on pipeline activity, research market availability and rates, and improve sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally combining agency and in-house work in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, from sourcing through closing.
• Advanced sourcing experience with Boolean strings, X-Ray searches, conference mining, talent mapping, X/Twitter, Reddit, and Meta.
• Strong organizational, time-management, written, verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and preferably SaaS tools such as Asana or Monday.
• Successful experience implementing AI agents to facilitate and improve the Talent Acquisition function.

Nice to have

• Experience in D2C or performance marketing recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for niche or complex roles in highly competitive markets.
