Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international engineering, product, game development, publishing, and other teams.
• Discuss hiring needs with stakeholders, source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers, China headquarters, and HR teams to develop recruitment approaches for key roles and teams.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, industry communities, referrals, agencies, and other sourcing channels.
• Provide talent market insights and support ATS management, recruitment reporting, process improvement, and agency management.
• Contribute to campus recruitment, industry events, employer branding, and international talent initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above and 5+ years of recruitment experience, including international recruitment and independent end-to-end hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills using LinkedIn and other recruitment channels and tools.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
• Strong business understanding, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Recruitment experience in the gaming industry.
• Talent acquisition operations experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse.
