Senior Full Stack Engineer (Revenue Engine)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end systems for promotional campaigns, payment processing, and other revenue-critical capabilities.
• Develop scalable backend services and customer-facing or internal applications supporting revenue operations.
• Drive architecture and technical design decisions focused on scalability, reliability, maintainability, performance, and observability.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
• Lead projects from discovery and planning through implementation, rollout, and post-launch optimization.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to coding standards, testing, documentation, operational ownership, and on-call support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building and operating production-grade backend systems in complex or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend applications, ideally React and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java, TypeScript, and SQL databases.
• Experience with distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, event-driven systems, reliability, scalability, observability, and performance.
• Strong English communication skills and availability to support the on-call rotation for 24/7 business operations.

Nice to have

• Experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, fintech, or other transaction-heavy environments.
• Experience with promotions, pricing, incentives, payments, or other revenue-related systems.
• Familiarity with orchestration and long-running workflow tools such as Temporal.
• Experience with GraphQL and modern frontend architecture patterns.
