Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer (AI/Data Engineering)

What you will do

• Design and develop backend services and APIs for a scalable marketing platform.
• Document technical requirements and design for clients.
• Deliver and support build, automation, deployment, and operations of developed solutions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Work iteratively using Agile methodologies.
• Engage in hybrid remote and in-person collaboration with delivery teams and clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland with citizenship or full-time working rights
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Proficiency in JVM languages, especially Kotlin or Java.
• Experience with frontend technologies including React, Tailwind, Redux, and Typescript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Strong skills in unit, integration testing, and test automation (TDD/BDD preferred).
• Experience with SQL databases and designing data-driven APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scala or functional programming.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like DynamoDB, Cassandra, or Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and containerized deployments (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes).
