Enterprise Standards Analyst

Location: Remote/traveling for corporate use; ability to travel 15–35% of the time.

Salary: $68,684–$99,593 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Analyze day-to-day maintenance of the operating system and process improvement program.
• Develop, refine, implement, train, and audit standardized processes and procedures.
• Align business goals with process improvements and industry leadership objectives.
• Identify risks, process gaps, inefficiencies, pain points, and interdependencies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, departments, market segments, and project personnel on future-state process design and implementation.
• Communicate process changes across affected business areas and support smooth implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of progressively related experience, preferably in construction management, business management, industrial engineering, quality, safety, electrical, or a similar field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel 15–35% of the time.

Nice to have

• Technical writing experience.
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
