Senior Business Analyst (Oracle Finance Systems)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $82,240–$152,160 annual base pay, plus potential incentive compensation

What you will do

• Lead business analysis for Finance transformation, regulatory, operational improvement, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Engage Finance, Tax, Accounting, Technology, and external stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions.
• Own requirements, solution design, testing, rollout, scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across Oracle EBS R12 and integrated Finance systems.
• Coordinate global quarterly releases, including readiness, impact assessment, quality validation, and deployment.
• Drive Finance process optimization and standardization while balancing operational effectiveness, financial controls, and scalability.
• Partner with offshore delivery and support teams, and mentor analysts in requirements management and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Significant experience leading Oracle Finance implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives; Oracle EBS R12 Financials experience is essential.
• Hands-on expertise with Purchasing, iProcurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes, including end-to-end requirements lifecycle management.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, multi-regional Finance IT initiatives, UAT planning, release readiness, and Oracle-to-third-party integrations.
• Experience in SOX-controlled or regulated environments and working with offshore or near-shore delivery teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AME, SLA, Fixed Assets, Oracle PL/SQL, or finance tools such as Sabrix, Kofax, or Markview.
• Experience with OBIEE, Power BI, Looker, databases, data flows, ETL, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Finance system architecture, solution design, process automation, transformation initiatives, or mentoring junior analysts.
