What you will do

• Lead cross-functional transformation projects from scope definition through delivery, including plans, milestones, success measures, communications, risks, and business benefits.
• Work with sales, agencies, and DAX teams to identify customer needs and improve services, processes, and ways of working.
• Partner with DAX Audio and Outdoor teams to develop and implement new advertising products.
• Build insight into market trends, competitors, advertising products, and hirify.global’s wider objectives.
• Translate commercial and market opportunities into practical recommendations and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex projects or initiatives in a matrix organisation.
• Structured yet flexible project and change management approach.
• Strong relationship-building, client-service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose challenges, develop practical solutions, and focus on measurable outcomes.
• Interest in media, agency, and programmatic advertising, with an understanding of customer and market needs.
• Ability to work autonomously with energy, resilience, curiosity, and a bias towards action.
