Programme Manager - Education Programmes (EdTech)

Location: Home based in the UK, with regular travel to Cambridge and London and attendance at in-person events

What you will do

• Manage the full implementation and delivery lifecycle for corporate and funded education programmes.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, learners, sales, curriculum, operations, and product stakeholders.
• Coordinate programme communications, timelines, workshops, trainers, learner onboarding, and access to EDUKATE.AI.
• Lead operational readiness checks, including IT whitelisting and firewall clearance before programme launch.
• Monitor learner feedback, resolve service issues, and implement improvements that support strong learner satisfaction and NPS.
• Identify referrals and growth opportunities for the sales team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working in an education setting.
• Experience in corporate or funded education sectors.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and customer service skills.
• Strong planning, time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to regularly attend in-person events and travel to Cambridge and London.
• Adaptability, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.
