Project Manager III (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage implementation projects from receipt through completion.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the onboarding process.
• Coordinate Implementation Specialists and other resources to deliver timely, high-quality implementations.
• Maintain project documentation and update Customer Resource Management records.
• Document customer interactions accurately and consistently.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to improve implementation delivery.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of direct customer-facing experience.
• At least 4 years of experience managing projects with customers.
• At least 4 years of experience as an Implementation Coordinator or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience presenting to groups and individuals.
• Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive or fleet industry.
• Experience with Salesforce.
