Commercial Relationship Service Specialist Senior (Commercial Banking)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial customers and Relationship Managers.
• Resolve complex customer, operational, and risk issues independently while ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Manage onboarding and end-to-end servicing for complex commercial deposit and loan accounts.
• Support relationship growth through treasury management and commercial banking products.
• Attend customer, deal team, and business segment meetings while staying aligned with relationship plans and priorities.
• Guide service colleagues and partners, establish workflows, and lead projects and bank initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial banking experience focused on deposits, loans, treasury management, customer service, or banking operations.
• Experience managing complex customers, commercial accounts, transactions, and onboarding activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, negotiation, organization, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across organizational levels, and mentor, coach, and train colleagues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other digital resources.
