Maintenance Technician (Smart Lockers)

Location: Göttingen, Germany; field work at customer sites across Germany with travel using a car or van.

What you will do

• Perform on-site mechanical repairs, routine maintenance, and priority repairs for package lockers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, hardware, and software faults with support from the technical team.
• Install, route, lay, secure, and connect cables and low-voltage components.
• Conduct functional tests and verify the quality of electrical and locker installations.
• Provide reactive assistance at customer sites according to agreed SLAs.
• Document interventions, prepare accurate post-maintenance reports, support deployments, and organize warehouse inventory.

Requirements

• Good level of English and German required.
• Valid German driver's license required.
• Proficiency in Excel and data entry.
• Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Comfort with hardware and software technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills and patience with technical and non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Technical vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Electrical certifications.
