What you will do
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and rework of drone systems at customer locations across Europe.
- Provide technical assistance to training and demo teams during customer operations.
- Manage customer requests and service documentation using Jira Service Management.
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support and R&D to resolve escalations and improve product reliability.
- Develop troubleshooting guides and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Plan and coordinate independent travel for support and repair visits.
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in electronics, mechatronics, aerospace, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in both English and German is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause resolution.
- Experience with technical documentation, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers effectively.
