Legal & Compliance Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote; multiple locations

What you will do

• Support B2B KYC processes and prepare related documentation.
• Draft and review legal documents, corporate materials, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor licensing obligations, renewals, filing requirements, licence conditions, and regulatory reporting.
• Support Responsible Gambling activities, compliance audits, internal committees, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain the contract management system and keep agreements properly tracked and up to date.
• Conduct legal and compliance research, track projects and deadlines, and help identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Professional experience in a legal or compliance role, ideally in the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of iGaming regulations, gaming licences, licensing obligations, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience drafting and reviewing policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Responsible Gambling, AML, and regulatory compliance principles.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders and handling confidential information discreetly.

Nice to have

• Experience working with iGaming regulators, licensing authorities, or multiple international gaming licences.
• Familiarity with contract management systems and compliance tools.
• Legal qualification or degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced, international, remote-first environment.
