Junior Compliance Officer (iGaming)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; hybrid work

What you will do

• Manage regulatory compliance processes and monitor company activities and documentation against applicable regulations.
• Develop and update company policies, procedures, guidelines, and compliance memoranda.
• Coordinate compliance with group policies and conduct regulatory research.
• Advise employees, deliver periodic compliance training, and report to management.
• Support new product launches, review terms and conditions, agreements, correspondence, and customer complaints from a regulatory perspective.
• Manage applications and renewals for relevant certificates, licenses, and permits, including regulatory approval processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• At least one year of relevant experience in compliance, legal, regulatory, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
