Gaming Product Compliance Analyst (igaming): Responsible for conceptual product review from jurisdictional requirements perspective, seeking cross-functional strategies for efficiencies and industry acceptance. Focus on researching and analyzing gaming regulations, developing regional APAC plans, assessing product design during development cycles, and presenting to regulators with travel.

Preference for based in Macquarie Park, NSW; open to candidates from other states in Australia. #LI-HYBRID

What you will do

  • Lead research, monitoring, analysis, and summarization of jurisdictional gaming requirements across APAC regulated markets.
  • Develop regional compliance plans for each jurisdiction and work with new product projects.
  • Assess product design and implementation against key requirements during development cycles.
  • Identify synergies, limitations, risks, and mitigations; arbitrate issues with stakeholders.
  • Represent compliance in product implementations, present to test labs and regulators with travel.
  • Manage special projects, regulatory investigations, and internal control systems.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of regulated-gaming experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of project or team-led experience with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical skills, negotiation, organizational abilities, and independent work.
  • Flexible response to business, industry, and regulatory changes; solution-oriented mindset.
